Nice hotel
No air con in room, a very hot day and with the windows open to try and keep cool noise from other cooling systems outside was not to clever.

I do understand that on hot days you would want the windows open and I am sorry you incurred noise from the outside cooling systems. We can provide fans to guests, should one not be in the bedroom.

Room adequate .
Double bed. Bathroom with bath and over shower.
All clean .
Not a lot of room to spare around the bed but was only there for sleeping after a party. Was given our booked twin room which we didn't like and was changed to a double without any problems .

Beds Small, dreadful smells
When we arrived our room had a double (4'6) bed and a single for a family room, not a king size as booked. When we complained the manager said all family rooms had the same size beds which is not true as we had dated before as we pointed out. They moved us to a much bigger room with a big bed but it stank of disinfectant in the room. Some of the public areas and lobby also smelt of drains. The taps were on the wrong way so hot was cold and vice versa.
On the plus side, room service meals were great and only additional 5 for room service but beware the vat added to the bill on checkout.
So come on Best Western, get some bigger beds and sort the smells out please!
