Das Bad könnte besser sein. Der Duscheinstieg ist sehr hoch. Vermutlich wurde die neue Duschtasse einfach auf die alte gesetzt. Das Waschbecken ist viel zu klein. Das Sofa ist unbequem. Die Fußmatten sollten entfernt werden. Da sie sofort wegrutschen. Gefährlich.

Die Wohnung ist angemessen gut eingerichtet! Sie ist neu renoviert. Das Bad ist sehr klein! Das Waschbecken zu klein. Man kann sich dort nur die Hände waschen. Die Wasserhähne in Bad und Küche sind nicht schwenkbar. Ist nicht ideal ausgesucht!

Sehr einfache Ausstattung. 2 Stufen zwischen Flurbereich (incl. Bad und Schlafraum) wird in der Beschreibung verschwiegen. Das Bad ist viel zu eng und die Dusche durch den extrem hohen Einstieg kaum nutzbar für ältere Personen. Das Waschbecken wäre selbst für ein Gäste WC noch zu klein. In der Dusche ist der Boden viel zu glatt. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng. Der Wohnraum ist großzügig und hell. Das Schlafsofa ist groß und unbequem zum Sitzen. Der Balkon ist groß und der Blick auf die Ostsee ist durch Neubauten verschwunden. Alles in allem ist diese Wohnung für ältere Menschen nicht zu empfehlen. Auch Hunde werden nicht glücklich sein, weil der Fußboden sehr glatt ist. Leider unsere schlechteste Wohnung bisher. Wir hatten bis dato nur positive Erfahrungen.

Tolle Lage

Das Appartment-Objekt besticht durch seine zentrale Lage gleich in erster Reihe hinter dem Deich (Gosch ist Luftlinie ca. 30 Meter entfernt). Das Haus selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig, nett und zweckmäßig ausgestattet.

Leider kaum Abstellfläche. Daher ist Kochen etwas umständlich. Wir waren daher immer auswärts essen oder haben etwas mitgenommen insgesamt super saubere und sehr gepflegte Ferienanlage
