Hotel is lovely and staff were very helpful. It is in a fantastic location in the heart of the city. However, room is not soundproofed, we could hear people going to the toilet in the room upstairs and a dog barking across the street for hours during the night. Breakfast was just OK.

The hotel overall is beautiful. It's in a 1910 historical building in Renaissance revival style, with many of the original finishes. Some of the technology are outdated, but it was part of the charm. Everything was great, but I would recommend investing in the larger rooms.

Just Horrible, no bell service, had no Water for 4 hours!, Breakfast was subpar, would not recommend anyone to stay here!!! Staff also was no Friendly or helpful, no staff after 11pm
