Our stay at Mr. Chang’s home was excellent from start to finish. The cleanliness of the home truly stood out, especially to someone like me who is a bit OCD and really values a spotless space. Everything was immaculate and very well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home.What truly set this stay apart, though, was Mr. Chang’s communication. Before, during, and even after our stay, he was consistently kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. His responses were always timely and professional, and he provided detailed information about the property as well as the surrounding areas, which made our trip even smoother.My family vacations often and has stayed in many rental homes, all with generally good experiences, but Mr. Chang’s customer service was by far the best we’ve encountered. His attentiveness, clear communication, and genuine effort to ensure everything met our standards really stood out.We are the type of family that cleans up after ourselves before leaving, and Mr. Chang made that feel easy and natural, even with a cleaning fee already included. That speaks volumes about how well the home is cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend his home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality.
