In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house at 50 m. Grocery 12 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 13 km, thermal baths "Les Bains de la Gruyère" 14 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, mountain railway 1.5 km, skisport facilities 1.3 km, slopes 1.3 km, ski rental 1.4 km, ski school 1.4 km, sled run 1.5 km, children's playground 1.3 km. Nearby attractions: Gruyère 6 km, Maison de Cailler-Le Chocolat Suisse 11 km, Bulle 11 km, Fribourg 41 km, Gstaad 46 km, Montreux 47 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Moleson. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open small alcove with curtain with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. Bath/shower/WC. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
