1 side of the hotel is really noisy with wind due to the way it is constructed. We moved rooms to the other side and it was quieter but shower had no hot water. It was within walking distance of good food

Property was great and staff very accommodating. The pool bar food and drinks were delicious! Midtown Jalisco mall was the only thing close within walking distance. Other than that, there was not much close to enjoy within walking distance as far as shops or street vendors. Property was centrally located to Centro histórico, Tlaquepaque and about an hour from Tequila which are the places we visited. We’d most likely stay here again.

Got stuck in the elevator, as the door would not open once it got to the floor I was going to. Thankfully I was able to select another floor and it opened on that one. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
