Encantador departamento situado en el piso 11 en uno de los desarrollos más destacados de la zona. Cuenta con AC en la sala y en la recámara principal. La ubicación es excepcional, con supermercado, restaurantes y bares a unos pasos al bajar del elevador. A solo 10 min del Estadio Akron, 13 min de la Expo Guadalajara y 5 min de Plaza Galerías y el Parque Metropolitano.

La torre cuenta un gym, sala de juntas, cine, biblioteca y ludoteca. Se requiere ID para dar acceso. Facturamos.
