Nos encanto el trato de los valet. Son muy amables. El equipo de front desk fueron corteses, pero pueden mejorar su servicio al cliente. Cuartos limpios. Regadera con agua y presion excelente. El wifi funcionaba muy bien por las mañanas. Nos encantaria que el cuarto viniera con cafetera y frigo bar. El hotel SI CUENTA CON ELEVADOR. Edificio antiguo pero mantenido.

The staff personnel is very friendly, they gave us the room a few hours prior the regular check in time so we could rest and enjoy the city, the restaurant in the hotel is a good option if you don't want to go outside and find a restaurant, the location is also good, 10 min walk from the points of interest

i am writing this from a different hotel, where we finally feel safe and respected after escaping the absolute nightmare that was Hotel Plaza Génova. We cut our 4-night stay short after just two days, and the reason was not just the filthy conditions, but what I can only describe as systematic harassment and extortion. This hotel subjected us to a predatory scam. Despite paying an upfront "additional person" fee at check-in, staff member Tatiana harassed us with 4 calls and 4 texts before illegally locking us out of our room. They demanded more money to reactivate our key, holding our belongings hostage. This extortion was repeated nightly. The rooms were uninhabitable, reeking of sewer and with a flooded, backed-up shower. Our requests for a room change were ignored. The combination of bullying, fraudulent charges, and vile conditions forced us to abandon our paid stay and leave early. This is not just a bad hotel; it is a scam operation. Avoid at all costs.

En esta ocasión todo estuvo perfecto. En la puerta principal, Ricardo y sus compañeros bellboys son muy gentiles. El personal de recepción, en particular Melissa, fueron muy amables y complacientes con nuestras solicitudes. Nuestra habitación estuvo muy bien hecha por Mirna. GRACIAS!

En general muy bien. Solamente hay un detalle en cuanto al personal de recepción (prefiero no mencionar el nombre de quien me recibió) Es más propio para la imagen del hotel el dirigirse con cortesía al cliente y no tutearlo. Resulta un tanto incómodo.

Location is great and walkable to all Centro locations. Staff was very friendly. The room is a bit older and would be nice if they changed the carpet to flooring. Wouldn’t mind coming back though as the price is great!
