Had a great stay but on our first night our Ac stopped working so they moved us to another room that same night and at our second night the lights would not stay on they offers to move us but they managed to fix the problem. Overall had ok stay.

Excellent Stay

I love this hotel. I have stayed here twice now. The rooms are very nice and clean. The room I stayed in on this trip had an Alexa connection that we used to do a lot like control the TV, the A/C, and the lights. The staff is super nice here and very helpful. The hotel is very safe. There are so many cool restaurants within walking distance. This is the hotel I like to stay at every time I'm in GDL.
