I have no complaints about either the place nor the staff. Everything went really well and we had a nice stay overall. Breakfast was good, actually the only thing we noticed was one kitchen staff using his cellphone while working on a station that requieres home serving food with his hands

The hotel does not have an ice machine and when I asked for some ice at the bar the bartender said "I am not authorized to give ice to customers that are not consuming. Besides this you can not park your car by yourself you need to pay for a vallet parking. Besides this the area surroinding the hotel its not the very best for tourism. The area has several empty lots that have been converted into dumps.

El hotel se quedo sin luz, la respuesta del staff de la recepcion fue que no tenian tiempo de respuesta. En la noche teniamos mucho calor. Al hacer checkout el staff de recepcion tambien se portaron muy indiferentes.

We were on the 3rd floor and can hear traffic from the near by street, also our room was closest to the elevator so you can hear people all hrs of the night. Other than that everything else was perfect

Affordable, amazing staff and good breakfast. The 9 floor restaurant hace a great view delicious pizza really good one and the margaritas and micheladas were just perfect.
