Everyone on the property was excellent except one waiter in the restaurant, I forget his name, was not very nice. We felt he wanted to leave even though the restaurant was supposed to be open until 11:00 pm. We got in late from our flight and decided to eat there. Other than that, everything else was great. The hotel and rooms were very clean.

Super clean and comfortable room. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting Centro Guadalajara. Evening dining was very good as was the buffet breakfast. Very good wait staff. I highly recommend this hotel while visiting.
