Love the place but the location could be better. Lots of shops in and around the area to the northwest but the south is sketchy. Surrounding area could be cleaner.

Three stars because I reserved a room with king bed but upon arrival I was given a room with double beds and no refund for the difference in rate, was told by the receptionist, with no apology, that it was not their mistake but one of the site I made the reservation through, that they don’t know why it occurred but I could take it up to them. I did, expedia did no corrections or refund difference on rate. Not happy about it but at least we discovered a good hotel as far as cleanliness and comfortability. Over all, I’d recommend this hotel, next time

The location was great in the Centro histórico. Room was clean staff are friendly and helpful. No refrigerators in the room, nor ice available. Coffee maker in the room but you had to pay for coffee packs.
