Everything is perfect, except the checkout experience. This would’ve been a perfect 10 if it wasn’t for the checkout experience where a makeup stained makeup towel (redundancy) cost us over 300 pesos. This is a very stupid charge considering these towels weren’t replaced in the 3 days we stayed. This single little thing will surely stop me from returning…

Lovely hotel, staff, and food. There was a very strong scent when entering secured stairway to rooms. The hotel room was very modern and clean. The bathroom was luxurious and bed was comfortable. My biggest complaint was that there is a fire alarm right above the bed that emitted neon green light through out the room. Bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to that kind of thing. Other than that, the hotel is wonderful.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff and service are excellent. Very communicative and handled any issues/small hiccups we occurred. Transportation was arranged by the hotel for a fee (around 1000 pesos for round trip) which really worked out as uber gets expensive when it’s rush hour and when it’s raining, as the city gets flooded. Everything was exactly as pictured and our stay included breakfast as well as welcome drinks. We got a Paloma and a Margarita (which were excellent, as it was made from good simple syrups and not premade mixes). Aside from the free drinks the cocktail menu was very affordable and delicious as well. We ordered a hibiscus mezcalrita and a mango maragrita (Altho they have other options available). The bartender, Abraham really took care of us throughout our stay and made great recommendations.

This place is peace of art , so clean , very safe, staff in front desk Lisebette and Juan Manuel were so professional and patient with requests and questions. Restaurant staff no mistakes and full service with menus breakfast included with room. Best coffee offered in room and lobby. I have experienced 5 stars hotels all over the worl .. this is the number #1. I am definitely coming back to this hotel .

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was unsafe—we were robbed right outside the hotel. Adding to the nightmare, the hotel operates with deceptive policies. They failed to inform us about restrictions on facial and body towels during check-in. After using them, they falsely claimed we had stained them with makeup and charged an outrageous 2,500 pesos, insisting they couldn’t be washed. The food was inedible, forcing us to avoid meals altogether. Worse yet, the area is rife with crime, making it impossible to venture out safely. Adding insult to injury, I was told I couldn’t stay with my minor child and was forced to pay for an additional room, despite having no prior warning about this policy. This place is nothing short of a tourist trap. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!
