Loved everyone this place from food to service to site to location. We did not have a car because it was not needed but I’m sure they could accommodate if needed. I’ll return to this place for sure.

Locally owned hotel and it’s a beautiful property! It’s in the downtown area and it is at the perfect level for everything nearby (other places are really steep). Hotel was helpful with helping me navigate parking. Make sure to go upstairs to the terraza at some point!

Fascinating building in great location

Wonderful, labyrinthine building in the Historic Center, steps from the Museo Casa Diego Rivera. The breakfast was exceptional and the service was attentive and professional. Our only complaint was that the room was not air conditioned and the open window brought in a lot of traffic noise. Ask for a room away from the street and you'll be fine. [To be fair, we were offered an interior room and chose this one, so it's on us.]

I visited GTO as a solo female and this was my home away from home. Very clean, beautiful property. No AC, but the electric fan worked just fine for me. It's centrally located without being in the middle of the action, which means it's quiet in comparison to similar properties on Expedia. I was so happy I chose it and look forward to returning.

Walking distance from main attractions. In the room we stayed it didn’t have AC but we had a tower fan which helped. Parking is very hard to access in GTO. This hotel provided parking but is not close to the hotel. We walked all the time andntaxis are all over so no need to use a car. We would definitely stay again
