This is a residence, designed and renovated for the conviviality of my family, in one of the pieces we love the most in Guarujá. Discreet, urban, with excellent neighbors and close to everything. Renovated apartment with 03 bedrooms, two suites, wardrobes designed in each, wireless ceiling fans and air conditioning. also new bathrooms, all with hygienic showers, new showers and plenty of sockets; third bedroom with independent bathroom, also renovated.
