Very spacious and comfortables rooms. The service is very good. The only inconvenience was the parking space in the hotel. But they give you the option to park in a place beside the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Clarion Hotel in Guatemala City after extending my trip due to a medical situation. While the hotel itself has decent facilities, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. • They were not able to accommodate my booking properly, which made the stay more stressful than it needed to be. • The reception staff came across as dismissive and at times rude, which set a negative tone. • Upon checkout, I experienced the same lack of courtesy. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important for management to know that professionalism and kindness at the front desk make a big difference for guests—especially those dealing with difficult circumstances.
