had the pleasure of staying at Tikal Futura Hotel, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The location is one of the best features—it’s right in a very convenient part of Guatemala City, close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to main roads and attractions. Everything you need is just minutes away, which made my stay very comfortable and stress-free. The staff were truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel at home, and it was clear that they take great pride in offering the best service possible. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and with an amazing variety to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, Tikal Futura Hotel exceeded my expectations. With its perfect location, kind and attentive staff, and excellent amenities, I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guatemala City.

3rd time staying here. Staff is always so friendly. So nice to have the indoor pool very family friendly. The mall is walking distance with plenty of dining and shopping options.

Clean hotel, older so it needs a little updating. Hibiscus restaurant food was good a little pricey. Did not recognize VIP service and refused to honor discounts. Gentleman at the front desk was a little snobby about the VIP status. Will not stay there again.
