Either way, you will feel the warmth of the sun from this 5 bedroom, over the water, lakefront property. Modern upgrades makes this property a great location for the family reunion or a work-from-home staycation. Great views and a dock with a seating area allows easy access to the 750 acre pristine lake. Shallow entrance and a gradual slope allow for water lounging just off the dock. The water at Maidstone is known for its clarity with 25 feet or better of visibility. Snorkeling is a great family activity and boating and fishing round out the top choices of many visitors. Being away from the hustle and bustle of every day life draws visitors to this wonderful lake every summer. It could be a first visit but usually not the last. Guests have been returning to Maidstone year after year to relive their childhood memories. Come stay with us and begin your own traditions!

VT home town convenience store also 20 mites away and deliveries are made routinely to the head of the lake. Local Pizza available on weekends pick up by car or by boat at the south end of the lake. State park for additional camping is located at the south end of the lake also.
