~ Escape & unwind with the salty air in our little getaway! Relax & forget about it all. This home was built by our family in the eighties. Most of the living space is reclaimed wood. It is a private secondary walk-up unit. The unit is an open concept loft with a queen bed, twin sleep chair & full sleeper sofa. Pack-n-Play, high chair and baby bath tub are onsite for guest use. There is a public boat ramp 0.2 miles away. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to Pensacola Beach or Navarre Beach. Multiple local eateries within five miles. We love this area because of all nature has to offer here from hikes, beautiful places to bike ride, bird watching, snorkeling, scuba diving, museums, rivers, creeks & the whitest beaches!
During your stay at this guesthouse, you're just a quick walk from Santa Rosa Sound.

The loft area is just for owners use only. This area is off limits! If any furniture is moved and not put back, there will be a $50 fee added.
If water toys are brought, boat parking is $100 for the duration of the stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay! We had no idea it was “Blues Weekend” when we booked, but were fortunate enough to find plenty to do away from all the fuss. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. The place was clean, cool, comfortable and we appreciated the quiet. Other than perhaps a drying rack for beach towels and suits, there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t readily available. Booked this location because we wanted to check out Opal Beach. This is a cool garage apartment, plenty big for two-four people. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive. It was approximately 30 minutes from Opal Beach. Navarre Beach was closer, but we wanted something a bit less commercial. We would stay here again.

There's a 20 minute drive to get to beaches... The mattress needs replaced.... Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.
