The host was very communicative and prompt. Very spacious and clean. Exactly as described. The place and location to beach are second to none. The beach supplies were useful. The kitchen was well stocked and great for eating in. The explanation/direction on everything was appreciated. The views are amazing and we saw dolphins nearly every day. So many brochures and menus. So helpful. This place is the best vrbo we’ve stayed at. 10

What a wonderful property, the view is breathtaking!! To wake up and have a cup of coffee over looking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico/America was so relaxing. It had everything you needed, especially the beach wagon ,chairs etc. Since we love the beach and within a short walking distance. The property was close to whatever you needed/wanted to do. The host David was so helpful and nice, anything you needed or asked his reply was quick. I would highly recommend staying here. I would definitely return.

Spectacular panoramic view

We had a fabulous vacation at the Sanibel in this condo.The view was nothing less than amazing. Every morning i had coffee on the balcony where I could see and hear the ocean from where we were staying. Amazing!!!It was a short walk over to the beach every morning, and the owners thought of everything. All the appropriate cookware was there, and they even had couch blankets. There were no last-minute trips to buy things that might be missing in the condo like previous visits to other locations.We recently got married, and this was our first family trip together. Everything went beautifully and it was a great way for all of us to connect.Highly recommend this particular property and the owner who was very attentive.

Birds Eye view

Lovely stay! Super clean. Well equipped kitchen. The kitchen was so well equipped, it was a pleasant surprise. Most rentals do not have near what a home would have. David was amazingly responsive anytime we needed anything, which was only once when we needed a parking pass. He checked in a couple of times throughout the week, which was super thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again.

This was one of my best VRBO rentals that I have stayed in. The owners were very friendly, helpful and they accomodated us in every way that they could. They checked on us to make sure that everything was okay periodically. The condo was extremely clean and nice, this is a must stay if you are vacationing in this area!!!

Fabulous Getaway

Great location and the condominium was everything we needed for a family getaway! The pictures don’t do it justice - beautiful, clean, spacious condo and even better view. It has everything you would need in the kitchen and the beach supplies were great to have - we didn’t need to bring our own chairs and umbrella. The owners were fantastic - made sure we checked in okay and had everything we needed. Ensured all was good throughout our stay. The unit is across the street from the beach but very easy access to get to the beach. Will absolutely visit again!

Beautiful and comfortable condo with stunning view!

We had such a wonderful stay! Condo was comfortable, well stocked and owners were so nice and communicated with us regularly on how things were going and if we needed anything. We loved the dry sauna and pool. We would love to come back one day!

Sanibel 1802 was paradise!

From the moment we opened the door and saw our welcome cookies on the counter, til the time we closed the door for the last time, everything was perfect! We all agree that this was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in and hope to be back soon! Two couples. Great amenities split bedrooms exact floor plan. David was a excellent host with amazing communication throughout our stay. Beautiful home, very clean, beautiful view of the ocean. Just pack and go. Everything you need. July is very hot and humid but the air worked great. Great Wi-Fi, tv cable and streaming. Quiet unit.

Great Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The owners were thoughtful, had the unit well prepared and they were very responsive. The unit and furnishing were excellent. Things were very organized and everything was provided that would be needed for a comfortable stay. I would also add that the building and grounds were also impressive, always clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.
