Awesome property. Clean, updated, kitchen was very well stocked. Property managers responded to a couple of issues and they were promptly repaired. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location - Outstanding communication with host. Spotless rental with everything we needed. Tons of space with convenient beach access. For those concerned about it being a duplex, we had neighbors 3 of the 4 days with zero issues. First time here but will NOT be the last!

We had a fabulous time in Fort Morgan. The house was so clean. When the gulf was too rough to swim, we had the pool to lounge in. We could go into town during the day and have beach and pool time in the afternoons and evenings. We love the family atmosphere in Fort Morgan area. Loved our stay at this house!

Large Family Get Together

This Beach House was an absolutely perfect vacation spot for our large family. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the views of the Gulf and the pristine white sand beach. The house itself was spacious and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The location was perfect for us, as it was just a short drive from Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, but far enough away to feel like we had our own private oasis.

The BEST vacation ever!

We had the greatest time! The house was AMAZING! The view when you walk in is breathtaking! Rooms are beautiful. Beach was GORGEOUS. Our 11yo loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins. Our boys(14 and 15) had a blast looking at all the crabs at night(there were so many). All three kids loved the pool and snorkeling everyday! You also aren’t that far from all of the fun of Gulf Shores! This is the perfect location if you want a fun, no fuss, beautiful family vacation!

The only thing I would change is that I wish the pool were heated, so that we could have gone swimming without being cold during out stay since it was upper 70's/low 80'sF outside, but the water was still a little too cool to stay in the pool long.

Plenty of room to spread out and rest, rock on the screened-in porch, or have large family meals. The accommodations are lovely! This area reminds me of old (70s) Destin. The only thing unexpected is all the oil rigs in the Gulf...but even they are beautiful lit up at night.

2022 Family Vacation

Our family loved so much about this property. It has enough space for a large family to spread out when needed. The pool was very nice & the proximity to the beach made it easy to go back & forth frequently throughout the day. Overall was a great place. The only thing I would have changed is to have a few 'staples' like coffee, sugar.... All of the other VRBOs we have used in the past have had a small amount of these things to get us started. One even had a welcome basket with snacks. We did find a great little store just down the road to pick up a few things & we were able to get groceries delivered to the house. But definitely would go back to this one. It is a great area.

The kitchen was well stocked, and having the extra refrigerator as well as an ice maker in the bar area is such a nice feature. For our large group, it was such a treat to be able to all sit together at the large dining table. Property managers were pleasant to deal with, and quickly addressed our minor concerns. The pool and surrounding areas are well maintained, and it was nice to have some bonus pool toys, boogie boards there as well. The beach area is not crowded at all, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Would definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: This house was wonderful - everyone had a bedroom (and bed!) who needed one, and the individual families were able to sleep near one another. The beach access was super convenient - just down the ramp from the back deck. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need for older kids and adults. Having 2 refrigerators was great, and the tables were able to seat everyone at once, which was also nice! With the beach and the pool, you wouldn't think you'd need anything else to do, but the cards, games, and books provided were also super helpful for those family evenings in. The house was clean and well organized, and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house with pool directly on the beach without all the chaos of Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. Great amenities! House is showing wear on the deck. There were spindles missing that could turn into a huge problem if someone were to fall. The deck around the pool is sagging in areas and again could cause a huge problem if someone fell through. The bathroom upstairs (bunk room) has clearly had water damage between the sink and shower. There was mold present. Not trying to pick but when you pay that much money for that short of time, you do not expect to find these things. Overall we were very pleased with the location, house and amenities. Great family vacation for our big group.
