Very nice condo

The condo was in a good location you can get to restaurants and shopping with a 5 minute walk. You will have your own private beach access from your building. If you dont like the beach there is a pool with 2 charcoal grill you can use. We will definitely stay again next time we visit gulf shores.

Beach Getaway

The venue looked exactly as pictured. Everything was clean. Checkin and checkout were easy and the staff were friendly. The other guests were friendly and the environment overall was family friendly. Our teens enjoyed their stay just as much as we did. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again.

Good but needs updating

The property was clean, and the location was great. We had to call maintenance to fix the TVs in the bedrooms due to one falling off of the wall and the other barely hanging on. Maintenance did come to fix both TVs. Although we didn't spend much time in the condo, if you turned on the living room TV the master one would come on even though no one was in there. You had to use the dish box under the TV to change channels in the living room as well. The showers also need attention. If you're taller than 5'8 you'll have to duck to get under either shower. The master bath tub has a spot that seems like someone heavier would possibly fall through. The guest shower needs to be caulked because it comes out of the wall. Also, two people can't take showers at the same time in the separate bathrooms if someone doesn't want a cold shower. The dryer knob is stripped so good luck figuring out where it lands if your clothes will be dry or not. The unit needs attention but decent.

Spring break get away

Great location! Direct beach access was perfection! Walkable to all the downtown hot spots. Accommodations were good, unit definitely needs some upgrades, but overall a great time was had by our family. Would stay here again,

Great location

The location was perfect with being close to all the night life and beach. The property needs some repairs. The dishwasher fell out when its opened up all the way. The property smelled moldy and looked like the ceiling in the kitchen and bathrooms needed attention, the dryer knob was broken and the couch looked like it needed cleaned the hide-a-bed was filthy, the curtains needed cleaned. Overall a great location just needs some attention to cleanliness. attattention.

Great place on the beach

Been coming to Gulf Shores for years, but never stayed on the beach itself. Glad we picked this property, as it had everything we needed - plenty of parking (via a paid pass for the duration), walkable to the Hangout, Souvenir City, etc, and of course right on the beach. Showers were right at the walkway to wash the sand off when you're done. Beds were comfortable, AC was cold, and the full kitchen let us store and reheat leftovers when we didn't feel like going out to eat. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the breeze off the water.

Property easy to get to, close to everything, short distance walk to beach. We ended up using a box fan that was in the closet, could have used a 2nd one in the other bedroom. Overall great time!

Relaxing

The place was clean and stocked with the needed kitchen items but be prepared to bring everything from foil to coffee filters (which we did). The one negative is there is a much needed thick curtain needed for the first bedroom. Due to the hallway light staying on all night, it shines bright through the blinds. Would be nice to have a coffee table for game nights but overall we enjoyed our stay.
