Perfect proximity to the beach

This house had the best proximity to the beach! It was large and had enough room for our family. The refrigerator freezer went out and Dee Dee was wonderful! She brought us ice to help keep it cool until the next evening when they could get a rental refrigerator brought in. It is a bit dated and needs some work. There was mold in the primary bathroom shower as well as in one of the upstairs bathrooms. The doors to the deck in the primary bedroom were broken and we couldn't use them. That was a bummer. But overall, we had a blast. Again- the proximity to the beach was the absolute best. And Dee Dee was fantastic!

We love this house

This is our second stay at serenity on the shore, and while the house has shown some wear and tear since the first time we stayed, it’s still a wonderful house! It has tons of space, the beds are so comfortable, kitchen has everything we needed to cook in, but the location is the best. Having the ocean shore right in your backyard is just priceless. We had a couple issues (broken vacuum, burned out lightbulb) but the property manager was quick to resolve. We love this house, and will prob be back for a third time!

Perfect beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is right on the white sand beach with the best views on two levels. Dee Dee and the folks at the management office were always very quick to respond to any questions. We loved watching movies and videos on the large screen at night, setting up a telescope on the top balcony and sitting on the big swing under the house!

Perfection!

We cannot wait to return to Serenity on the Shore. Relaxation was what we wanted and that is exactly what we got! The home is nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The new decking was a nice addition. Dee Dee, property manager, was a text away if we needed anything. She was so welcoming prior to our arrival and it continued throughout the week. She was great to inform us about riptide alerts and checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Next time we’re taking her to dinner!

Excellent Beach House

We took a short spring break trip with 8 teens & 4 adults from Tennessee. We loved the house, the location on the beach, the views were spectacular, and everything was just perfect. We loved the layout of the house, plenty of space, built-in technology of which we used, comfy beds, large bathrooms & showers, excellent kitchen & living room space and beautiful balconies to enjoy the outside views! Zero complaints. And the property manager DeeDee was awesome - so responsive, kind & helpful!

The BEST of the best

Fabulous and inviting home, well kept up, warm and inviting. It had all the amenities and space you could hope for and was extremely comfortable, both inside and outside. The beachfront access was stellar. So much fun to be able to wake up, open the door, and walk on down the steps onto the beach. Several strategic rinsing stations and beach toy bin helped make repetitive play in the surf all the much more enjoyable. Finally, the property manager, Dee Dee, greeted us upon arrival, and was so kind and attentive. She provided wonderful information and tips about local fare and hot spots. From a large family/friend group, ages 11-50, with a long lasting tradition of yearly beach trips, EVERYONE agreed this was the best yet! Our sincere and heartfelt thanks to the hosting family and property managers for making this years vacation the most cherished and memorable trip yet!

The house was great with amazing beach access. The property manager was very responsive when we texted about the internet being out. It was an outage in the entire area but the manager contacted the company to make sure.

Wonderful Property!

This house was wonderful for our family vacation. We had such a great time and the house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms so we could really spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. It was clean and very well maintained. The property manager (Dee Dee) was so nice and very responsive. We would love to come back here and stay again. The only downside I can mention is the fact that it is so close to the public beach access so the beach area was quite crowded. Not a big deal. Thank you for letting us stay!
