This property was very nice. Just across the street from the beach and very close to public beach access. There were a few things that needed attention when we arrived, the pool needed to be cleaned and a shower door on the 3rd floor needed repairs. Both were taken care of. Later in the week the ice maker was leaking, but management stopped the leak and the same shower door needed more work. The management was quick to respond by email and then arrive at the house in person to make repairs. The double ovens, fridges, and dishwashers were a needed plus. Another washing machine and dryer would have been nice for our size group. Having an elevator was so nice too. Overall this was a good property.

Great place to stay with a large group with easy beach access.

This was our family yearly beach trip. There were 21 of us (that included 3 babies) and there was tons of room for everyone. It's a great house, well stocked kitchen, easy public beach access, nice size pool with great balconies for coffee and adult beverages. Would highly recommend this beach house!

Great Stay

Our group of 11 adults had a wonderful stay at this property. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was so convenient, as was the elevator for our Mother who is almost 90.The kitchen had everything we needed. The location and access to the beach was great. We also spent time at the pool and BBQ. We had no need to contact the owner/manager, everything was in great condition and as expected.

Disgustingly Dirty and Poor Service

We arrived to a very dirty house. There was food wiped on couches and dining chairs. Cereal and other crumbs under the couch. Silverware was dirty. The cupboards had soda? spilled down the front of them. The stoves were straight up nasty. There were Cheetos on the bedroom floor. One room has dirty towels in it. We spent the first hour or two cleaning. We decided not to buy groceries and eat in because we would have to clean the stoves and all the cooking stuff first. All the plates had chips out of them. I messaged the host and got no where because they said to email pics to all dashes. I called VRBO and they had the property message me. I sent all the pictures. They responded and said to send them somewhere else. I emailed them The sent a cleaning lady the next morning as we were leaving to go out. She came in with a cleaning rag and a spray bottle. She didn't speak English. She started complaining in Spanish about having to clean with people in the house. I think she was shocked when my friend told her in Spanish she needed to clean with more than just a rag. The cleaning lady tried saying she cleaned the house on Wednesday and everything was fine. Clearly not true. The property management tried to say they sent their team to inspect Thursday morning before we arrived. I told them they need to check on their team and the property because they are not doing their job. The property management responded and said something about one person's clean is not another's...

Great house for a big family!

This house served the needs of our extended family very well. The pool is an outstanding feature and was much used because of jellyfish and extreme heat at the beach. The only suggestions I would make is to let people know there are some pool toys and beach items available because I rented things we really never used. There were similar things available at the house. There were also not enough mugs for morning coffee for the number of adults present which would be a cheap addition. Overall, a lovely property and a great place for your beach vacation! Thanks!

Great house!

LOVED IT!!

We absolutely enjoyed every moment of our stay. We had a large group of middle aged girlfriends who gathered together for a reunion and this house was PERFECT! We appreciated the kind note and the tub of M&Ms as a welcome gift. The ladies so enjoyed having their own bathrooms. It was spacious and beautiful. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

We had 7 couples stay here and it was great for each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. The double kitchen appliance made food prep and storage so much easier!!! This is a great house!!

Very disappointed!!

We arrived at 4:00pm they were still inspecting but let us in. All the trashcans were full and didn’t get emptied till Wednesday. Brought in groceries and put perishables in out two refrigerators only to find out one was not working and the other was not very cold. Called manager and they sent a person out on Tuesday to check. By the time he arrive both refrigerators were out! Could not get anyone to fix so they brought dry ice in coolers. Our entire trip we had to use coolers which either froze our items, wilted our salads or Our stuff was warm. Totally unexceptionable! There were 19 people trying to exist prepping food out of coolers. Ended up throwing the majority of food away. Our toilets were so dirty by day three you could tell they had not been sanitized in the first place. My sheets had stains on them and were thin. Under the kitchen sink the dishwasher was leaking so bad it had water pouring out the doors and my husband had to crawl under to fix it. So I was so disappointed in our stay, online it showed pictures of all the rooms and had names of each room, 4 were king three were queen I decided to rent this House based on 4 king rooms but it only had three kings and 4 queens. Really want to be compensated for this rental!!!
