New Condo built 2021, Ocean Front View 2 BR 2 Bath sleeps 6

THE CONDO Is Ocean Front fully furnished on the 3rd floor of the magnificent Gulf Shores Resort. This unit has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 43" TV in each bedroom. It has 2 bathrooms, both with shower tub combo. There's a queen sleeper sofa and rocker recliner in the living room. It also has a wet bar with mirror. The condo is ocean front with a view of the ocean, 150 steps to the boardwalk. It is in the same building as the indoor pool, large indoor hot tub, fitness center, steam room, and sauna, are just steps away. Free parking just outside the unit. The building was completely re-built after hurricane Sally in 2020 and completed in 2021, so everything is new. The condo has new stainless steel appliances, furniture, flooring, and paint. It has free wireless internet and cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, smooth top stove, quite upgraded dish washer, microwave, Keurig combo coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need. The condo also has an Iron and Ironing board, Hair dryers, and all your linens are provided which include 4 towels, 4 wash cloths, and hand towels in each bathroom, dish cloths and dish towels in the kitchen, and all sheets and covers for each bed and the sleeper sofa, extra blankets are also in the closet. If you need to wash your towels or linens during your stay, card operated washers and dryers are located it the building. Housekeeping provides a couple of rolls of tissue and soap in each bathroom, paper towels, dish detergent, and a couple of trash bags. The front door has a combo door lock with a deadbolt inside. No smoking is allowed in the condo. THE RESORT has 6 outdoor pools, one is heated, one indoor pool, several lighted tennis courts, several lighted volleyball courts, lighted basketball courts, Several lighted pickleball courts, one indoor and one outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, beach store, horseshoes, putting green, several outdoor grills, and Sassy Bass restaurant with a beach front bar. There’s a coffee and ice cream shop at the Resort. The Kiva Dunes Golf Course and restaurant are walking distance from condo. THE BEACH has beautiful white sand. There’s Chair and Umbrella rentals, Parasailing, Banana boat rides and more. No pets are allowed at the resort or on the beach. Don't let my low prices fool you, this is a beautiful up to date condo with great views of the ocean. Thanks!


Bedroom #1
The Master bedroom has a queen bed with 2 nightstands with lamps and plugins for phone chargers on each side of the bed. This bedroom has a closet with an iron and ironing board, and a dirty cloths basket. There're also extra blankets, pillows and linens for the fold out sofa. It also has a dresser for all your cloths. It has a 43-inch smart ROKU TV with cable and Wi-Fi. It had a picture window with a slightly obstructed view of the ocean.

Bathroom #1
Is connected to Bedroom #1 it has a tub and shower combo. It also has a sink with mirror and cabinet. This bathroom will have 4 clean bath towels,
4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, hair dryer and enough soap and tissue to do several days.

Bedroom #2
Also has a queen bed with 2 nightstands with lamps and plugins for phone chargers on each side of the bed. This bedroom has a closet and also has a dresser for all your cloths. It has a 43-inch smart ROKU TV with cable and Wi-Fi.

Bathroom #2
Is located in the hall outside bedroom #2 it has a tub and shower combo. It also has a sink with mirror and cabinet. This bathroom will also have 4 clean bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, hair dryer and enough soap and tissue to do several days.

The Living Room
Has a sofa that lets out into a queen size bed. Linens for the sofa are in the Master Bedroom closet. There's also a rocker recliner, and another chair in the living room. There's a 50-inch smart Roku TV in the living room with cable and Wi-Fi. There's a desk under the TV with games and books. There's a sliding glass door in the living room that leads to the private Balcony.

Kitchen
The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker, built in microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, toaster. Everything that you need for cooking. A coffee maker that uses pods or ground coffee. There's also a bar in the kitchen with 2 barstools, drying towels and dish cloths, with enough paper towels and garbage bags to do several days.


Dining Room
The dining room has a bar height table with 4 comfortable chairs. Great for eating and playing cards etc... There's also a wet bar with a sink and mirror which also makes another great spot to get ready for a night out.

Balcony
The balcony has 4 chairs with a great view of the ocean.

The Indoor Pool and Facilities
There's an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and fitness center to the right when you step out of the elevator. This is close to our condo, only a few steps. You will need the access card that is hanging on the wall as you walk into the condo. There's plenty of lounge chairs around the pool.

Outdoor Pools
The Resort has 6 outdoor pools, most of my guest use the huge outdoor pool nearest to the condo. It's a huge pool with a shallow end and a deep end. It also has an area that sprays water if you like that. There's a bathroom and concession area next to the pool.
Another popular pool is the one to the left. It's smaller for adults only if you just want to relax. It also has a bathroom and a concession area.

The Beach
The beach boardwalk is approximately 150 steps from our condo. There's a lot of fun stuff at the beach including parasailing, banana boat rides, swimming etc... There's also lounge chair/umbrella rentals. We also have a couple of beach chairs and a rolling cooler in the hall closet in our condo that you are welcome to use. Hopefully the guest before you returned them.

The Resort
There’re grills located throughout the resort. There’s also one outdoor hot tub. There are basketball courts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and horseshoes free at the resort. There's a golf putting green also free. There’s a great restaurant (Sassy Bass) with an outdoor bar at the resort. There’s also a great coffee and ice cream/smoothie shop with Wi-Fi it's located on the right just before you pass the guard house. If you enjoy playing golf Kiva Dunes Golf Course is walking distance from the condo. There's a library in the tallest building in the lobby. Security is at the Resort 24/7.
