Our room and bathroom were clean and the bed very comfortable. We had a good view from our room from the side of the east tower building. The front desk staff, housekeepers, store clerk and restaurant staff were all friendly and provided excellent customer service. We enjoyed being able to rent the complimentary electric bicycles.

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying @ Perdido Beach and as always the resort, staff and accommodations are above and beyond expectations. The only complaint we had was the parking. We were staying here during Mardi Gras and had returned from prades in Mobile to find no parking available in the main lot or valet because of balls taking place. We were told we would have to park in off lot parking located across the street. This results in a walk of at least 100 yds or more and it was starting to rain. My problem is guests who are paying to stay at the resort should not have to park in off properly lots, that should be where guest for the ball should park.

The staff made the stay! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing! I would’ve given it 5 stars but I paid for an waterfront view and I was put in a room on top of the roof, my view wasn’t the best
