Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful, clean, well stocked and supplied, and perfect location. Private access to the beach and beautiful views out the back of the home. All the bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for our party of 9, and the kitchen and living space had plenty of room for all of us. Cheri, the property manager, was available to answer our questions and made wonderful suggestions from bike rentals to restaurants. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine about the house EXCEPT the carpet in the bedrooms most notably the Master Bedroom and one other had extensive stains from pet excrement. The house should never have been put on the market under this condition , as it is certainly a health problem. The carpet needs replacing before renting it again!

There is a great kitchen with storage. The screened in porch is like you are on the beach. Finally the board walk makes beach access so much easier. The rental agent as very responsive. The only thing I I would change is making one of the sofas a fold out bed as our kids have outgrown the bunk beds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation at Sawgrass Pointe was wonderful!! The house was beautiful and VERY clean! The property manager communicated well with us and let us know as soon as the house was ready so we were able to get in an hour earlier than anticipated. The house is very spacious and is perfect for two families. Bonus that its all on one level!! We had 2 families with a total of 4 adults, 4 teens and 2 kids and we never once felt like we were on top of each other or that we needed more room. The kitchen was well stocked with most anything you could need to cook with. We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee! Being directly on the beach is so nice and convenient. The only recommendations I could make would be to add a ceiling fan to the screened in porch and maybe a mattress topper for the master bed. Other than those 2 small things everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m super picky on cleanliness and that is why we picked this place. This pictures show a nice clean well kept house and it truly is. The house is clean!!! I love the extra touches they have done to make it a comfortable stay, especially the well stocked kitchen, some beach toys. The boardwalk to the beach is an added bonus that not all homes have there. The house layout is great for two families. I do not usually stay places twice but I could see coming back with my sister’s family. Only suggestion would be to add a foam topper to the beds, otherwise you can’t go wrong. Book now!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation was amazing, but I do have a few suggestions for improvement. First, the beds were not completely made. They put on the fitted sheet but not top sheet, so you were up against the comforter. When we arrived, there was a huge cockroach on the kitchen counter and one on the kitchen floor so I was a little nervous about bugs. Also, I would recommend more bathroom towels. In the bedroom that sleep 4, the bathroom only had two bath towels. Overall, we had a blast and the views are breath taking.

The split floor plan was excellent, and the house was clean and well-furnished. Beyond the stellar beach views this house provides, the main things that attracted us to this particular property were the quiet location and the single-story house. Many other comparable vacation rentals are multi-level, which would have been a safety concern for our child with developmental delays. It's nice and flat besides the stairs to get into the house. The property management team was super responsive via text when we had some questions upon arriving. The home sits in a charming, well-maintained, and quiet community. We ordered carry-out several times from Tacky Jack's 2 and the Sassy Bass. Delicious food and only a few minutes drive from the property. By far the most quiet and peaceful beach vacation we've ever had. I highly recommend Sawgrass Pointe for your next family vacation or getaway! We would absolutely stay there again!

Great house on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sawgrass Pointe was everything we hoped it would be. The house is right on the beach, with a private boardwalk. The layout is nice...two bedrooms on each side with a nice size den and kitchen in the middle. We loved the screened in back porch that allowed us to drink our coffee in the morning and enjoy the water. The kitchen is well stocked. There was a closet under the house with beach/water toys. Every bedroom had a tv and that was nice for the kids. The beds were comfortable, but they are a little bit on the firm side. There are some very steep steps that have to be taken to get into the house from the carport, which might be a problem for older people or someone with mobility issues. We had a few minor issues that were addressed immediately. We liked that the rental company had someone come take the trash cans out to the street and bring them back after they had been emptied. My only complaints would be that the bed sheets were really cheap Walmart sheets and not very comfortable, and I feel like at least one or two extra sets of towels would’ve been nice. There was one set of towels per person. Some of us girls needed an extra towel for wet hair. Also we were told not to use the towels for makeup removal or get stains on them, but there were no dark towels to use for makeup. It was a great place to vacation with our family.
