The room was clean but it did have a musty smell. The shower curtain had mold on it. There was a water leak on the ceiling next to the toilet. Went for breakfast in their dining area. The key wouldn't work when we went back to the room. Probably won't stay there again.

Overall, our stay was okay. The location was convenient—about a 15-minute drive to the beach—which was a plus for us. The staff was friendly and welcoming at check-in, and there is a pool on property (though we didn’t get a chance to use it). That said, the room could definitely use some updating and a deeper clean. We found leftover disposable hangers in the room, and one of the beds had dirt on the sheets, which was disappointing. The breakfast was very basic—waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, and yogurt—and didn’t offer much variety. One of the biggest issues we had was a cigarette smell coming through the AC vent at night, which made it a little uncomfortable when trying to sleep. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but with a few improvements in cleanliness and upkeep, it could be much better.
