Quiet, comfortable stay

We had a problem with the AC in the unit above the garage where we were supposed to stay, but after calling to make them aware of the problem, they let us move into the house where it was nice & cool. Both places were very nice. 5 stars for sure!

Overall very pleased with accommodations but the security camera cable outside on in front of building needs to be secured there was a storm Saturday night and and you could hear the camera cord banging against side of building very load and pool could use a heater for the cooler months

my partner and I needed a weekend getaway and this place was perfect. It was exactly as described and the property was very well-kept. Everything inside was updated. The only thing I wish there was was a dishwasher and the view be a little better although you could still the ocean. The little apartment and the property itself was perfect. If we ever go back to Gulfport we would stay here again.

Gulfport stay Pros and Cons upper unit

Pros: Convenient beach access, cute unit with adequate storage, kitchen well stocked with utensils, plenty of supplied beach and pool toys, washer/dryer in garage, nice walk-in shower, plenty of room for two person stay. Pool is nice but very small and was too cold to use during our stay. Cons: House next door has many dogs barking anytime you come and go. Some are large and hang over the fence barking. Everyday and night occurrence. Yard was a bit unkempt. Broken solar lights laying on the walk by the stairs. Dead tree ( or maybe a tall bush) in the corner by the stairs to the upper unit. Obviously had been there for a long time. Bugs on the kitchen window sill. Main issues was that the Direct TV went out three days into our stay. Called the property manager the first time and reported and got a live person who was going to follow up and get back to me. FIVE calls including a call to their emergency line ( yes I know that it wasn’t an emergency) just trying to get a person again to talk to. Got a recording the rest of the calls. NEVER got a call back or any service! And needless to say, no TV the rest of the stay. While this seems minor, it is part of what you pay for and we enjoy a bit of TV on the evening! What kind of customer service is this! Soooo, I don’t think VRBO will get our business again. There are many other rental companies to us such a Vacasa which has great customer service!!!!

Wonderful Get-Away

Flirty Flamingo 2 was such a perfect place to rent. I recently spent an entire week here and it was very clean and in a great location. I walked the short distance to the beach to watch sunrises and spent sunsets in the salt-water pool. I loved it!
