Every aspect of my stay was excellent. The room was well laid out, very clean, and very comfortable. More than a hotel room it was more like an apartment, with a kitchen and separate living room. The food we ordered was delicious, and I got in a good workout at the gym. And the staff was very courteous, polite, and helpful at every step for all my needs. This was a 5-star experience at an extremely reasonable price. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Delhi, and I give it my highest recommendation.

I paid for breakfast in my Expedia booking but the hotel declined to allow it as they said there was some confusion with Expedia! Charged me extra for breakfast even after I paid for it prior to booking! Very average breakfast so got my food from outside. Room was fine but had to change it as it was right next to a construction area. Hotel changed the room without question.

ZEN suites fit everything I was looking for: a clean, comfortable and quiet location I could stay, reliable internet for some work, and prepare minor meals if desired. I have stayed in other similar serviced apartments and ZEN was far better than those. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly Vijay, Jyoti and Deelep. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Excellent stay at the Zen Suites Gurgaon

My wife and I live in the USA and stayed in the Zen Suites, Gurgaon from June 20th to June 23rd then again from June 27th to July 4th, 2024. Overall, all staff members are courteous, humble and respectful. All front desk people are professional and takes very little time to check-in and check-out. This is the second time within one year we chose to stay here. Zen Suites is great for a short-term as well as for a long-term stay. All staff members do their best to make you comfortable. This time I have seen their cleaning services were sub-optimal. You have to ask for bath supplies everytime. Nonetheless staff members were responding and providing very quickly. Now they have started severing good breakfast compared with last year. Overall, the lunch and dinner services are excellent. Food was very tasty and worth of money. For few days they severed good buffet breakfast and also dinner which was a good idea, and they should resume it permanently. We would love to stay in the near future.

Very nice stay. It was really clean. Only 30 mins away from the airport and they offer room service. The food was super good. We will come back on our next stop in Delhi.
