To help smaller groups save on costs, the base rate includes access to the main floor of the home, which features the kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms.

If your group requires additional bedrooms, an additional preparation and cleaning fee of $40 per room, per stay applies, to a maximum of $100 per reservation.

The infant fee is $30 per night. As the platform does not allow infants to be added as paying guests, we kindly ask that this fee be paid prior to check-in.

We welcome small to medium-sized pets. A pet fee of $30 per pet, per night applies.

All applicable pet fees, infant fees, and additional bedroom fees must be paid before check-in. Your front door access code will be provided once all required fees have been received.

Please Note:
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered guests and visitors are not allowed without prior approval. Our housekeeper lives next door and may verify that the number of guests and pets to match your reservation. This helps us ensure that all guests are treated fairly and that our house rules are respected and followed.

This is a residential home, not a cabin or campsite. The property does not have a yard suitable for trailers, RVs, or camping.
