I was placed in a room that needed repairs, the covers were stained and there were ants. When calling down to the front desk I was asked to bring the cover down because they were short staffed and told they could do nothing for me because they were completely booked AND because I booked the room on Expedia. The next day in the morning I asked if there were any rooms available and was finally placed in another room for the night which was much better.

The highlights of the stay was your team, they had excellent customer service skills. The hotel did not match the photo that is on your reservation site(it shows a new 4 story building, and this is actually a 3 story older one)
