We did not enjoy the buffet breakfast at all. Also, was pretty surprised the outdated bathroom in the lobby. The staff were okay. Room was really nice. Pillows are very firm, was only there two nights but woke up with neck pain, achy shoulder and a headache. So if you are not used to that be aware.

Clean and spacious room, the breakfast and kaiseki dinner was excellent, traditional japanese cooking and Michelin-star like presentation. Very pleasant staff, Ari and all the others, too. Respectuous, friendly and ready to help. The onsen was a great experience. We had a great time and highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing Stay in Hakone!

Amazing stay! Staff was kind and helpful. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Great location off the main thouroughfare in Hakone so it was extremely peaceful. I wish we could have stayed longer!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hakone Yoshino Pax. The staff was friendly and responsive, the onsen facilities were great. We stayed for 3 nights and dinner was amazing. Definitely recommended.
