The room is very big for Japanese style room. Slightly dated but clean. The staff were very kind and helpful with transportation. The only complaint is the use of the onsen. It was very loud with talking and excessive laughing. People were “swimming” in it and going underwater. Kids were running around. It was not enjoyable and felt other guests did not know how to respect or use the onsen. Did not return to the onsen.

Excellent hotel from a room and dining standpoint. We loved the buffet breakfast and dinners. The room was extremely spacious…stayed in a western room with 2 beds and 3 tatami mats. The onset was lovely as well. Only downside was the distance from main attractions was a 30 min bus ride.

The front desk staff (Ms. Ayu) is amazing. She checked us in very quick, helped to provide dining options, gave information on how to take local transportation to Kawaguchiko and even came to our room to provide utensils for my family to enjoy our dinner in iur room.
