We stayed in the house for over three weeks and found the location absolutely idealâwithin walking distance to a grocery store, The Press coffee shop, Surfer's Beach, and nice restaurants like Sam's Chowder House and Indian Beach Curry. Itâs also very close to Princeton Harbor, which we enjoyed exploring. The owner was consistently responsive and quick to reply to our messages, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed upon arrival to find the house much darker than expected and with a noticeable musty smell. The owner later mentioned that renovations are planned, which should help address these issues. The kitchen was functional, though it lacked matching dishware, which made it less ideal for hosting friends and family. This is something that could easily be improved. Also, while the listing features a large terrace in the photos, access to it is currently restricted, which was unexpected.Despite these shortcomings, we truly enjoyed our stay because of the unbeatable location and the owner's responsiveness.
