Room was in good condition but wasn’t cleaned everyday. Floors went vacuumed at all as. Only thing done was towels restocked and bed made everyday except yesterday.Sinks were left dirty with toothpaste stains.

Check in was smooth and staff were friendly. When we got in our room there was no hand soap. They fixed immediately. The next morning we woke up to no hot water. They said it was something wrong with the system. We left before the hot water had come back. We went out shopping for the day and we came back at nighttime to find the only thing they had done to the room was straighten the bed. They didn’t remove old cups, garbage, ect. When I called down they asked me what it was that I wanted them to do. Hello the room was not cleaned properly. Could have apologize first off but just kept asking what I wanted. They did bring up new glasses for us that I asked for. When we checked out they never even asked us how we liked our stay. Will never stay there again
