We had three guests in one room yet they only gave us two sets of everything. I know we can always ask for more, but it would’ve been nice if they would’ve catered to the number of people in the room without being asked.

I arrived considerably earlier than my scheduled check-in, only hoping to leave my luggage safely at the front desk; to my grateful surprise, I was checked-in early and provided a room. The restaurant, Redwood Grill, had just stopped serving breakfast, yet the lovely Server, graciously agreed to ask the chef to prepare my breakfast request - the meal was well prepared, presented and delicious. The exceptional customer service from both made my stay, welcoming & exemplary.

Pleasant stay as usual.

We always enjoy our stay, friendly staff excellent location and great value. It is always clean and quiet. Our room this time showed some wear. The matresses are becoming a little lumpy time to turn or flip or just out replace. Also you are unable to make a tight seal with the windows so you get a sound with the high winds. Maybe a couple of areas to look into.

Love this place, everyone from staff, other travellers were al very friendly, the restaurant especially, very accommodating when we arriving kind of late, and the restaurant staffs were still very nice enough to serve us. Room was spacious and clean. Location is so great, very convenient to everywhere, will definitely book this place next time when coming to Halifax.
