Room wasn't ready until about an hour after check in time. Staff were very nice and I don't believe it was their fault, I think they were understaffed. No towels in the pool area was probably the first time I experienced that in a hotel. We asked front desk and they couldn't help. The breakfast buffet had odd machines from what was expected (pancakes instead of waffles, juice machine that was surprisingly frustrating to operate) and the service staff were buzzing around cutting in front of guests and generally in the way when it wasn't even busy. They were nice but seemed like they felt like they needed to be rushing around. The experience would be better if they were more discreet and patient in performing their duties. No one seemed to care how our stay was and didn't ask. The cleaning ladies we met were so nice.

We found the location to be Pretty great, but due to the hotel being near a busy street and our room facing the busy road it was a bit loud. The elevator was creating a roaring sound most of the night. I personally wouldn't book here again!

The check in was where it started. Staff were rude when we checked in. Seemed annoyed for no reason. One card didn’t work so went back down to get it fixed and again didn’t seem happy to help. Called down once we were in our room and no one answered. No towels for the pool, asked for a few more at the desk and he seemed very annoyed I asked For more to only have 2 and not 3 that asked for. There were kids running in the halls till way past 11:30pm and no one came to tell them to stop. I know we weren’t the only ones that were disturbed by this as we heard others at checkout were making the same complaint. Pool was not very clean. The water was cloudy. A few positive things- my child loved the water slide. All in all the room was ok. Carpet were stained. Beds were clean and comfortable. The only reason I’m giving a 2 star is because the lady working the breakfast area refilling the stations was nice to me and the guy at the desk when checking out was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Sadly disappointed with the stay for the money it cost to stay there and especially since we were locals and wanted to spend a night there for my child’s birthday to enjoy the waterslides. Try v to support local businesses.

If you are going to close the pool from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM on Mondays & Wednesdays for private swimming lesson through V V Aquatics, then let Expedia know and post it on your website. We picked this location due to the pool / water slide and my young son was heartbroken when we were not allowed to use the pool during our stay (he's 8yrs old so bedtime is early) while the private lessons were going on. No notice at the front desk - nothing to advise paying guests. Total sham!

broken pullout bed pool heater was broken so the pool was hotter than a hot tub offered a smaller room to make up for the broken pullout price was too high charged for suite and it was one room with two tvs side by side on the wall
