A group of us stayed here while in town for a wedding. It comfortably fit 5 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other. Jeff was very quick to respond when we had questions. All in all it was a great stay.
A beautiful apartment. Reservation issues earlier were stressfulâŠ.but soon forgotten when we settled into the apartment. Looking forward to our return visit in a couple of weeks.
Outstanding place and outstanding location. We extended our stay and would definitely stay here again. Jeff was great to deal with. Communications were timely and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.
Jeff, with Perch away, set us up with a no hassle great accommodations experience. We didnât have a room with a view, but a 7th floor top unit that allowed a 180 view of Halifax including trreetops, the lower Dartmouth bridge, the Citadel, and much more. Easy access to Northend and downtown. We enjoyed the convenience of the underground secure and dedicated parking. We also enjoyed eating at the diner from the TV series Sullivan's Crossing and other sites shot in that series. Our stay was perfect!
This condo stay made a week of work more enjoyable. Comfortable, clean, convenient location and affordable. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it great for two colleagues to share. Ample plugs, great wifi and space for setting up work computers.
Spent a few days in Halifax while visiting my kid at University. The condo was great. Comfortable beds, very clean , well stocked and quiet. Bright and nice views.
My wife, dog, and I spent a month in this apartment from early January to early February. The property is about 2 years old and in a transitioning, but already very comfortable, neighborhood. This apartment is on the top floor of the 7 story building and has great balconies (covered in snow most our trip). The apartment has 2 very well appointed bedrooms, with a king bed in one and a queen in the other. The 2 bathrooms have shower/tub combinations and are also very nice. We appreciated the reserved parking spot in the basement, as the weather was cold most of the time. There is also a nice gym on the first floor. The contact, Jeff, was extremely helpful - even providing us a list of some of his favorite places to eat. One of our absolute favorites is directly across the street - Bar Kismet. I definitely would stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Halifax.
The neighborhood looks to be in transition, with older homes and apartments mixed with a few new builds. Interesting shops and restaurants are within walking distance and the downtown area and boardwalk areas are a short drive away. The condo was very clean, stylish and well equipped and we two couples appreciated the convenience of two baths.
We had a great weekend stay at this condo. It was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. The location is quiet but still close to downtown Halifax. Would stay here again!
Good few days exploring Halifax and the area after dropping daughter off at Dal. Clean unit, with everything we needed for an easy stay. Nice few places to walk to for breakfast and dinner. Up and coming area.
We were impressed immediately with the modern look and cleanliness of the property. Though I missed reading the right message from Jeffery to begin with, he was very patient with us in resending the message and helping us get in. Once in, the view, the size of the rooms, all of it made for a very nice and comfortable stay! Being able to park below securely was also a great feature!
The unit was immaculate. Ease of entering and exit, easy parking, great location to downtown. Wrap around balancing, full kitchen. No negatives at all.
We loved our stay. Condo was super clean, check in instructions were clear, condo was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Weâll be back some day.
We enjoyed our time at this property. Really nice space and had everything we needed for a multi-night stay. Great location and the property manager was helpful and accessible.
I used it with my family. The kid loved it so much that they wanted to go home as soon as they got out. I am so glad we chose this place. More comfortable than a hotel. You can also do laundry, so it's perfect for a long stay. Check-in and check-out are smooth. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful and never made us feel uneasy. Would stay here again!ăOne problem was the bed in the master bedroom. The bed legs are unstable and I felt they needed to be repaired.
Great easy access to wharf, great eating option on Arigcola St. The area seemed like it was in the rejuvenation phase never the less we felt save out at night. The condo was
Lovely beds are supper comfy. Wrap around
Balcony was amazing, plus the owner provided tea and coffee, Sobeys is just two minute drive away to stock on some basics.Would recommend Jeffs condo you canât go wrong using this unit as your home base,Btw youâll need to read the coffee machine instructions.
The apartment is on the top floor of a new building in a trendy, eclectic area with pubs (I didnât see any noisy night clubs), shops and older homes. We were there mid-week and it was very quiet and we felt safe walking through the neighbourhood. It was an easy 15 min walk to the Citadel. We Ubered back from the waterfront for $9.
The unit is very large, new and clean. It has new comfortable furniture and is tastefully decorated. There is a full kitchen with everything needed, eating area, living room (the only smallish space), two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, full size washer and dryer (that worked very well), lots of closet space, a huge wrap around balcony with furniture and underground parking.
Communication was quick and simple. We loved Halifax and would certainly stay here again.
