The room was very nice and clean but we booked the hotel because it said it had a balcony hot tub but once getting there and heading out to it there was a sign saying it was closed till may. Very disappointing and should have been told before hand.

We could not park on site due to our studded winter tires. We live in Nova Scotia. The parking alternative given was a 10 minute walk, being 7 months pregnant this was less than ideal and we would have booked elsewhere if we had known more than 24 hours before checking into this hotel.
