Weekend trip away

Spent two nights here and did the job for a stay in the city. Approx 30 minutes walk to the city centre. The room was adequate albeit a little small for a single but was fine. The staff left a small packet of sweets each time they cleaned the room which was a nice gesture. The ladies on the reception were quite helpful especially when needed to print something.

A Little Gem

I visited Hamburg to attend a gig and found this hotel on via the net..... what a fantastic find.!!!! The Reception staff were particularly helpful, rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable, my only quibble would be that there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room.... but then again, it's something I've noticed with German Hotels. Would most certainly stay there again.

ok

Pros: das große Schwimmbecken (14X5m) der schöne Saunabereich und Fitnessbereich
Cons: Wir hatten ein Zimmer, 4. Stock, zur sehr lauten Straße, so dass keine Fenster geöffnet werden konnten.
Location: direkt am BErliner Tor, S- und U-Bahnen sind vorhanden.
vornehmes Hotel, aber recht teuer. Mein frühzeitiger Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer nach hinten wurde wohl von ebookers nicht weitergeleitet.

I don't recommend it

Staff was friendly.However, I still don't understand why such a Hotel gets 4 stars. The shower cabin is somehow in the middle of the room so one soaks the room automatically. The desk to work is mini. the room was just a bit bigger than the single bed. It looked old and tired. For the Price I paid one can find lot better hotel rooms. I do not recommend it and will not come back.

Does never deserve * * * *

I don't think this hotel deserves 4 stars. It Looks tired, room is a bit bigger than the single bed, not more. Shower cabine in the middle of the room so you wet everything and you get wet everytime you go from the bed to the toilet. Washing sink was extremely small. I will not go back to this place. I don't recomment it to anyone. Only big plus: The Hotel staff was very friendly.

Tolles Businesshotel

Seh gutes Hotel. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren nicht optimal: Die Silikonfugen der Dusche waren nicht mehr ganz weiß und der Abfluss der Dusche funktionierte nicht so gut. Vermisst habe ich einen Safe auf dem Zimmer, ein solcher steht aber bei der Rezeption zu Verfügung. Die Fenster bieten keine gute Lärmisolierung, was durch die nicht sehr ruhige Lage einen Abzug ergibt. Ansonsten ein sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

- relativ kleines Einzelzimmer - alles vorhanden, was man braucht - recht unpersönlich, da sehr viele Zimmer und viel Personal

Privataufenthalt

war vier Tage in hamburg und bin mit dem Service Preis/Leistung sehr zufrieden. kanns empfehlen. Gute Lage 5 Minuten von S-Bahn entfernt. Fenster sind gut isoliert, da Verkehrslärm von Hauptstrsaae.
