Pros: Der ökologische Gedanke und die "Baumvorstellung" pro Zimmer
Cons: Das Speiseangebot im Hotelrestaurant und die Qualität des Frühstücks
Ich habe 5 Nächte im Hotel Raphael Wälderhaus verbracht. Das Zimmer war soweit schön, aber ich habe sehr schlecht in den Bett geschlafen. Das Bad hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren immer sehr höflich und bemüht, aber leider war ich schrecklich enttäuscht vom Hotelrestaurant. Das Frühstück - allen voran das Rührei (schmeckte nach Fischmehl) und staubtrockene Brötchen - könnte wesentlich verbessert werden. Am schlechtesten war der Eindruck bei zwei Abendessen, von denen ich bei einem alle Schuld auf mich nehme, denn ich habe vermutlich mit Labskaus schlicht falsch gewählt. Aber die "Antipasti-Terrine" war einfach nur schlecht und das (Un)Vermögen des Kellners, Kritik entgegenzunehmen, war völlig unprofessionell. Es gipfelte darin, dass er mir sagte, wir seien ja nun nicht in Italien, sondern in Deutschland. Schade!
