Spacious and comfortable rooms. Conveniently located and really easy to walk to. Lots of parking. Free tea/coffee/hot choc packets and milk. Shampoo/Conditioner was subpar - bring your own. Overall great value and we were very happy with our stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Ashwood. It was right next door to the eye clinic and allowed me to stay in walking distance and rest well after surgery. The staff and Wi-Fi were great too.

Firstly,greeted with courtesy and directed to room with complimentary milk.Room large,clean and cosy for overnight stay.Walls very thin and door not soundproof either. Therefore, even though neighbours tried,could still hear everything.Beds comfortable and rooms suitable temperature.

Nice and clean. Great shower. Only problem was someone upstairs from us decided to fill the spa bath at 2 am!! You could hear the water filling up and it lasted about 20 mins. Very inconsiderate. Maybe there should be a cut off time for that. Also felt the Receptionist could have a bit more pleasant.

There was a parking space of 5 but 3 cars took up all the space, I complained at the property and asked if they could ask the guest to move vehicles so others could park and I had a elderly lady with me. but weren’t being accommodating, and she said we had to make the complaint through Expedia since we booked through here overall perfect comfy stay and nice hotel
