I stayed here in Nov. 2024 and was very satisfied with the overall cleanliness and amenities available for the price, and so I rebooked for this year (Aug. 2025) for an overnight stay during our road trip with other relatives. Only this time we were all terribly disappointed. The rooms were smelly, musty and the AC did not do a good job removing the humidity and smell. The pool area was very noisy, yep, it’s summer and lots of kids were out, but staff, parents and children totally disregarded the very clearly posted rules. The jumping in and out of the pool and horseplay was very difficult to tolerate. Moreover, the pool water was cloudy and uninviting. Lastly, the restaurant food was terrible, the roasted beef was very bland and was definitely not the freshest meat, the freezer smell could still be recognized, despite being cooked, or so I hoped. Even the chicken meals were terrible. And of course, with the nine of us dining, the orders were confused.
