Had a wonderful stay with my family. Everything was clean, the breakfast was tasty - loved the sausage, and waffle machine - and coffee was super hot. Kids loved you tube and smart TV and house keeping and front desk staff were great. It was a lovely 2 night stay during a snow storm.

I do not understand why when you are staying two nights the staff don’t come in and at least tidy up the room, take out trash, make the bed and replenish supplies.

Room was a huge disappointment. Because of my disgust of the state of the room, but had a little time or option to do anything about it. I’ve not slept or enjoyed this whatsoever. It impacted my two day course which brought me to the area.
My rating on cleanliness was incredibly low and finding chewed gum on the carpet. It’s pretty disgusting.

The check in process was fine. I did have to cancel my reservation for the previous day, and I was disappointed that the front desk could not be reached by phone to discuss options or booking an alternate reservation. I was fully charged for the stay, which was unfortunate. The room condition was average, and it was 30 degrees inside the room when I arrived, and it took a few hours to cool it down. The bathtub is showing wear, but otherwise my stay was okay.
