Stayed for one night with a friend before a big event. Hotel was quiet and clean. Had an issue with front desk. After calling about the fact that we had two cars, they told me that they had no record of it and that I would have to park a car on the road. I had to advocate for myself, show the receptionist call receipts for her to believe me. After I did that, she finally agreed to having our second car in the lot. She had also lied and said the lot was full when it wasn’t… I’d stay again because of the convenience and the cleanliness but make sure if you need anything to call ahead and make sure they put notes on your file or you may run into the same issues I did.

Rooms were clean and updated, we really liked the ability to go out the patio door and unload and load our vehicle. Has breakfast in the morning, it was delicious. You can tell that the people working there care about how the facility is presented.

i stayed for one night. everything was to my expectations. clean staff was good, the only things that i would critique was the room i stayed there were many wornout spots in the carpet, the ac was a little tricky to work as the dials were really marked to well as to see what setting u had ut on so it took a bit to set it at the temp that was comfortable. other than that i would say i was satisfied with my stay. will def be booking here at thos lication again

Comfort Inn, Hamilton

My stay was excellent. In fact, I stayed an extra night. Room was large and clean. It came with everything you could need: microwave, fridge, ironing board, iron, and hairdryer. The ladies at the desk were very friendly. Breakfast was included with so many choices (eggs, sausage, homefries , waffles, toast, cereal, muffins, etc. The ONLY thing that was inconvenient was that there is no elevator. Since I was alone, it took me two trips to bring everything to the second floor. I will stay here again the next time that I come to Hamilton!
