Lovely clean room. Nice spa bath and shower. Excellent location, close to town. The ower is a choice guy. TV wasnt working. I called him, within seconds he was there to sort it.

Nice clean rooms, great for a family. The beds were a little soft for our liking, but this is true for most accommodations we have been to. Staff were friendly and helpful. Seating was a bit lacking for a room that could have up to five or six people staying, with just a two-person couch and three wooden chairs for the table. Sadly, while the room did have a spa bath installed, the jets didn't work, and though it was not advertised as a spa bath, it was still a little disappointing. Overall, a nice place when you're on a budget. would definitely recommend staying there.

Very lovely owners, check in great, very clean, bedrooms good size, bed very comfortable, no real heating as in heat pump considering we had a good frost, just two small heaters, parking very tight

Room was quiet and comfortable. Bed and linen was excellent and slept extremely well. Would have been nice to have a small bottle of milk provided as is normal in most motels. Bedroom heating was not working but explained to me at reception. A small three column heater was provided but was inadequate and found the room cold during the night. Was assured a larger heater would be provided for the next guest. Would be happy to stay again.

We loved the fact that they could still accommodate us and our highlight was most definately the spa bath. It was close to town and around food options. Will most definately be back. Also the mini cookies that were handmade were delicious

Bing is perfect in his role as manager. With so many motels in Hamilton, it's the personal touch that makes one stand out. He showed us to our room and offered to move us when I complained about a bright light shining in from the back.
