Robert and Nisa are some of the best property managers we’ve ever dealt with. Their communication is top notch. This unit is so clean, so cute, and perfect for what our family of 4 needed. We were in town over the weekend for our daughter’s basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. This unit is steps away from the facility. Took maybe 3mins to walk there as there’s a gate across the street from the house. Saved us from having to pay for parking each day. And it was nice to be able to come back and forth to the house in between games, etc. If we ever have to return here, we’ll definitely try to book with Robert and Nisa again!

Cozy and Comfortable

The property is as described and shown in pictures in the listing. The owners provide bonuses like bottled water, small snacks, and toiletries. We immediately felt comfortable. This property's location is relatively quiet with low traffic. I Was in town for my child's graduation from Miami, which is less than 30 minutes away and an easy drive. Hamilton's downtown is a quick drive or Uber and offers several great dining options. The owners are quick to respond to any inquiries.

Super clean well stocked home

Owners were super accommodating and communicated well. House was clean, organized and had everything we needed. Only downside was the noise of freight trains which can be heard at night and early mornings (i sleep with my window open so that definitely increased my ability to hear them). Otherwise it was a great spot.

The place to be for Spooky Nook

We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. The host was incredible and very welcoming. Everything you could possibly need and more. Walking distance to the venue which is a blessing in itself due to the inconvenience in parking. Will absolutely stay here again for the next tournament. Thank you very much!!!

Perfect place for Spooky Nook! The home is right across the street from the facility. Super clean and cozy. Loved that they provided extras like water, oatmeal and coffee with cream. Would definitely recommend! Thanks for having us!

Nice stay

This town home was very well kept. They provided plenty of comforts of home including towels, wash cloths, bedding, snacks and more. The host was very thoughtful and responsive. We'd stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Great property

This unit was clean, well decorated, and fully stocked with items beyond what we could imagine! The pictures are accurate, and the neighborhood was quiet. There is a good variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner is very responsive! We would book again if in the area.

Lovely weekend

The property was even better than advertised! We really enjoyed the house...is was lovely. We certainly will stay there again, if we return to Hamilton. The pictures were accurate and the house was clean, and well equipped!!!

Nice little apartment

This is a duplex property with shared driveway parking for one car. It’s right beside the spooky nook athletic complex. We were in town for a softball tournament. The place was clean, the beds were comfy. The owners thought of all the things to make it a comfortable stay and even supplied some snacks and drinks wich was helpful before we got to the grocery store!

Great location and well-appointed property

Stayed for our daughter’s graduation from Miami University. The hosts thought of so many details to help make our stay very comfortable and provided quick replies to our questions. They graciously provided muffins, yogurt, and eggs to assist with breakfast and even had decorated graduation cookies waiting for us on the kitchen table! The unit was exceptionally clean and inviting and served as the perfect location for all of our weekend activities.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts had thought of many details to make the property inviting and fun. We found it was a nice retreat from our activities and very close by to downtown Hamilton. Too Good To Be True?!

Quick summary: Came to Oxford area for son’s graduation from Miami - and found this great place in April! Booked, received confirmation and instructions from owners…but upon arrival, received a call from Robert stating there’s was a grave error - somehow the reservation system allowed double booking. Robert called me as soon as he realized the mistake - but I was already in town. He had already called around and secured a spot at the Warehouse Hotel for my stay…and paid for the 2 nights to make it right. I will say that I did not expect to be told I did not have a room - but also did not expect Robert to find me a hotel and pay for it. He could have just refunded my money and apologized for the mishap. Renewed my faith in humanity - and even though I did not get to stay in his townhouse, I will recommend to anyone that is looking for a nice place - and some place where integrity means something. Due to Robert’s actions, I was able to enjoy my son’s graduation and celebrate without worry.

Perfect location

If you plan to spend your days at a tournament in Spooky Nook, this is the PERFECT place! Exceptionally clean, has everything you need, and right across the street from the tournaments. I can’t rave enough, the host has thought of everything you might need, down to games for entertainment!

Spooky Nook Basketball Trip

Two moms and two daughters stayed for a long weekend while the girls played basketball at the Spooky Nook complex. The location was PERFECT! It was easy to walk across the street/parking lot and be ready to play. The property was also close to restaurants, groceries etc. The duplex was clean and well thought out. Only negatives were the traffic noise in the morning in the front bedroom (turn up the sound machine that is provided :), also the walls are thin! The neighbors own their half of the duplex and used A LOT of profanities throughout the stay. The good definitely outweighed the bad but just FYI. We would for sure stay here again!
