The hot tub was actually hot and jets were great. All staff was friendly and helpful. Vouchers for Denny’s were helpful, but complimentary breakfast would have been better. Rooms were clean, and we had everything we needed. Staff was excellent.

The housekeeping staff was phenomenal and the staff was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was very nice having the Denny's restaurant attached to the hotel so we could stay out of the weather while getting our breakfast. My only slight complaint was that the curtains did not close all the way so there was some minor light from outside. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay with my family again!

Room very clean. Bed very comfortable. Hotel smells really nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room with kitchen was amazing, we had everything we needed to cook a home made meal. Pool is very small unfortunately.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming during check-in, which made the arrival experience pleasant. However, the room had a strong bleach-like smell that was overwhelming and gave me a headache. It made the stay uncomfortable despite the good service at the front desk. I would recommend improving ventilation or using less harsh cleaning products to avoid this issue.

The rooms are run down and filthy. First room we rejected second one wasnt much better. Pullow and couch stained. Side tables and dressers chipped. Wallpaper coming off in bathrooms, outlets/lightswitches caked with dirt. There was a prostitute doing business in room beside us reported to front desk but nothing was done. Will never stay there again. Staff was nice but that was it. Avoid this hotel they dont care.

After a long ride, this hotel was exactly what I needed. The pillows and mattress were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The room was modern, clean, and well kept, which made it easy to relax. The staff were also polite. It really felt like a place that gets the details right for what matters to guests.
