The property is well kept, amazing staff, the most comfortable beds in the world. The food was great and all the staff were very professional and friendly. We have stayed three times and we will definitely stay there any time we visit Hamilton. The Club Lounge was wonderful and on the same floor as our rooms, so very convenient.

Check out time was 12:00pm However 9:00 in the morning a house keeper knocked the door and came into my room while me and my girl were sleeping. It was very uncomfortable and creepy. U know what 10:00 am it happened again!!!! Not acceptable !! The manager saying sorry but that’s all!! Very poor management

Great location in the city, I could walk anywhere and everywhere. We came for a concert at the First Ontario Concert hall which was pretty much in front of the hotel.

Inside the hotel it is very nice and clean, our room had everything it needed and we were happy to see the housekeeper stopped by to make our beds and give us fresh towels. The only downside to staying here is the parking is tricky to find and in the garage it smelled like a dumpster. You have to go through the mall to get to the hotel from the parking garage and it didn’t feel that safe, it is not a super nice mall.

It’s very clean. Room was nice and the bed comfortable. The view off the 15th floor was nice. I liked the fact, and why we chose this hotel, because the bar and the restaurant in the hotel. Some hotels have no restaurant. It’s right downtown close to all amenities. Surroundings are a little delapitated.

Doors constantly slamming and very noisy. The area around the hotel is replete with very sketchy individuals which makes it unsafe. The QR code to scan out of the parking garage sometimes didn’t work. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff very helpful.
