The staff were very accommodating. I had an early morning where my kiddo and I had to be next door at a dance competition at 7:30. Even though room service technically didn’t open until 7am, they helped me out and had breakfast to us just before 7. Very good service and excellent food. Dinner the night before at the restaurant was also excellent.

Staff took a long time to check in and if there were issues with the bill it also took them a long time to revolve, found the entire process very slow. BUT they were super kind, and professional. This hotel is downtown Hamilton so surrounding area is a bit seedy but the hotel is great and right across from convention center so super handy! Starbucks and a booster juice close by made for a very happy daughter! Rooms were clean and generally good value for money.
